Ascenzia helps comply with DORA, NIS2, the AI Act and GDPR, and protects against the Cloud Act. Traces, signed events, approved models and guardrails give you what you need to show how your agents are governed.

Can we cap the AI budget per agent?

Yes: a maximum budget per agent, with spend tracked.

Can we change model without rewriting our agents?

Yes, through the multi-model gateway, with failover if a model fails.

Where is our data hosted?

Hosted in Europe.

Does Ascenzia help with GDPR and the Cloud Act?

Yes. Ascenzia helps comply with DORA, NIS2, the AI Act and GDPR, and protects against the Cloud Act. Personal data is masked by the guardrails, and uses are traced. Hosted in Europe.

How is it billed?

Tokens are never included in the subscription; they are billed at actual cost or covered by your own API keys. Custom agents are billed per agent, per month.
